I've been a self-proclaimed morning person for a couple years now. But those who have woken me up pre-maturely in the morning (I'm talking about you, mom) know I'm not exactly sleeping beauty. So how do I get so perky after only a little over a few hours of sleep? I'm a strong believer in the power of your mood, and nothing starts your days mood off better than a good morning soundtrack. I'm not kidding, turn your speakers to an up-beat tune as you get ready for your day and I can nearly guarantee you'll be smiling and dancing your way to work. My personal favorite musical boost is Wolfmother's "Vegabond".
